A sad event, but a good reminder to get out!

So sad to see birds die like this and I'm feeling so heart broken for those poor people what they are going through I cannot imagine...its hard enough to say good bye when it happens through old age or illness but accidents like this are so hard to bear. Good to broadcast this though for those who cook salmon in this way...or for those who might burn cedar wood either in a stove or fire place. Thanks for sharing Christine.

Oh no! Those poor people. If I remember right, cedar has all sorts of natural insect repelants. It why patio furniture left out some is not attacked by bugs. Burning it or heating would release them. Sad story but a good reminder.
