Captcha

The Captcha system of checking whether a user is a real person or a machine (while obtaining password help) needs improvement or replacement. I have reasonably good reading skills and eyesight, but it took me six tries before I found a captcha phrase I could read.

Surely I'm not the only one to experience this.

No, you're not the only one, though you can lessen your frustration a bit, by scrolling through other text options...the curved arrows icon, until you find one to your liking...it may still be a pain, but you don't have to wait for a possible rejection.....

Don't forget that that thing is case sensitive.....

I often have the same problem. Refreshing it with the little arrows like the other poster suggested has been helpful. Many of those are seriously illegible.

Yes, I had to scroll through quite a few of these before I was able to find one I could read. There were a few I thought I understood, but when I typed them in they were rejected. It may have been a case of spacing or capitalization.

I've used similar systems on other web sites, but these seemed to be particularly hard to read.

Hopefully I won't have to deal with it again, but I know others will.

Have a great day!

Kevin
