Cape Parrot Squawking

Does anyone know if the cape parrot has a high pitch squawk? I'm interested in this bird and I don't mind noise but some birds squawks are just so high pitch it hurts your ears like my Alexandrine. I posted a video on my alex squawking if anyone is interested in hearing him. My golden conure makes noise but it isn't annoying like my Alex.

Also if anyone who owns a cape parrot how is there personality? Do they like to cuddle bird and be pet or just to be left alone?

You might be able to find videos online of how loud their scream is.

when i was looking into what parrot i wanted, i found that youtube had videos of pretty much every bird at their "worst". I wanted to find out what i found tolerable or not. Thats how we ruled out cockatoos

Capes are capable, like all Pois, of a high pitch call.
With that said, I rarely heard mine ever do such a noise.
