Can't upload pictures now

I can't change my avatar any more. I've tried uploading from dropbox, from my photos app, tried linking to a photo already uploaded to one of my albums, and every time I get a message saying the upload failed. The pictures did appear in one of my albums so they did upload, but I can't set them as profile pictures. I thought maybe I'd hit a size limit so I deleted a couple of albums. Didn't make a difference. Did something change recently?

Nothing has changed that we are aware of. Be sure to hit the, edit avatar button before attempting to upload the new photo. Hmmm, that's probably not helpful at all. If you want to send me your new avatar photo, I'll try to install it, no promises but worth a try, that way I'll be able to report the problem.

Well...I was able to change my avatar, even though I still got the error message "upload of file failed" .... it must be something weird in my internet connection. Thanks for the offer of help...I think that's what frightened the server into submission. "Be-HAVE! Or else the Allee-cat will wreak vengeance upon you!"
