Can't find a local dealer for Sun Conures

Anyone have any experience with shipping a bird? I am new to this. We had tried to rescue a sun about 3 years ago from a salon and he was just left in his cage all day and night. We got him home and bonded great with me, but despised my wife. One day he got her eyelid pretty good and we had to rehome him as we have 3 little children as well. Now it's time we did this again and want to get a baby. Not sure if shipping a bird is a good idea or if there are reputable dealers out there people can let me know about.

You know samething can happen again with the new bird!!! Is it worth it to take another risk then regime again like your last one? The previous one just needed guidances to be trained properly. Sometimes by getting as a youngester is nice when young, once its older and bit your wife again, shove him to another home? Personally im against shipping birds...

Yes they do....im not for it.... but as long as they're safe about it im fine...
