ok so parrots can and do eat chicken and i know its a bit random but does it make them canibals? beacuse i might beacuse there all birds but i might not because chickens aren't parrots...hummm now my brain is hurting with all this thinking lol :22:

Most parrot species are omnivorous.....they eat bugs & have even been observed snacking on roadkill.....

If there was a fly-in chicken shack in the Outback, in The Rainforest Plaza or in The Jungle Mall, I wouldn't be surprised that many would enjoy more than what they're allowed by we human slaves.....

nope, not cannibals. is a hawk a cannibal for eating a sparrow? nope, they're two different species. a parrot eating chicken is not a cannibal. and technically say there were a predatory parrot, if it caught and ate another parrot, it's still not a cannibal unless it eats the same species of parrot. confusing isnt it lol

Not even close. A "bird" is no more related to another bird, than a "mammal" is to another mammal. A parrot eating a turkey is about the same as a person eating a cow. "Bird" and "mammal" are both considered a "Class". You then have the "order" (ie- parrot), then family (true parrots), then genus (for my bird, that would be the Poi's), and THEN species, being senegal. A turkey, is, yes, in the "class" birds. But the order is Galliformes (heavy bodies ground feeding birds), and therefore not even closely related to a parrot, much less the same species.

Well, we eat other mammals (many of them!) and that is not what it means to be a "cannibal!!!!!!!!!!!".

Naah, tiels are dark meat, more like doves,snipe, ducks, etc. Strong fliers have darker meat. Chicken is mostly white meat.
