This health question is in regards to my mother's 13 year old canary winged parakeet. About a week ago we noticed that he is not using one of the back toes on his right foot. For example if he is on his perch or hanging from the cage bars the back toe just sticks out and does not grab on or puts any pressure like the other toes. At first we didn't think much of it but after a few days the back toe continues to stick out with little to no movement. Is this something to be concerned about?
