I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. We are having lobster and I want to share the little legs with my grey.

I give my birds steamed crab legs and my breeder told me seafood was fine (in general, not fried though) They also get fish and chicken, all of which they love to eat!

Thanks for the reply. I did go ahead and give him a few legs and he loved them! He's having his salad now.

I know my dad and I have crawdads over the summer and I only got to eat one of every three tails I pulled. It had a spicy cajun mix on it so they LOVED it. Also, I'm no longer allowed to eat any fish (especially salmon) without two birds on my plate. They're crazy about fish lol

I was a little worried about giving him the whole leg ( shell and all) but he handled it like a pro. He really enjoyed breaking into the leg to get the meat. I had fun watching him work it out.

Isn't it unethical to feed a parrot chicken? LOL

The guy that invented facebook almost got sued in college by PETA for feeding a chicken some chicken. lol
I let me conures eat whatever protein they want :)
