I've seen a lot of videos of caiques doing hilarious things, but this is a new one for me. I think the bird must like the sound of his / her feet hitting the floor. I can't think of another reason for this behavior.

Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to embed Facebook videos.

Hilarious coming from a bird, reminds me of soldiers from various nations.

Oh thats great! Sounds more like what you would expect for a duck walking on tile floors. Caiques are pretty funny birds, so lively!

I already had that on my facebook, lol. :) They are so funny. I'd have one, but they love being on the floor and my dogs would be too tempted by that. They are hilarious.

OMG that is soooo funny!!! taptaptaptap lmao...like she is really p.o. hahaha

And I thought my birds gallop was funny....

Gosh this is addictive LOL, think I have played it every day!

I know the feeling. Every couple of days I see it pop up on my facebook and chuckle at it. Was the first time I ever saw a Caique and it told me pretty much everything I need to know about them!

I would totally have at least one if I had the necessary energy. I honestly don't think I could keep up. I have enough problems with my baby Amazon parrot and she mostly stays on the areas I've said are hers. Mostly.

If I ever do have enough energy to adopt: Which species is calmer? Is there a difference? I've already asked about getting two, but no matter what, getting a new bird never happens the way you envision it. I'd have to be really, really sure I could handle the unexpected realities that cropped up.

This guy's not goosestepping, but he has fancy footwork that kills me!

I saw the riverdance one in those "funny things parrots do" compilations on youtube. They are hilarious. There's also one called birds are jerks that had me rolling.
