Cage Help?

I have a 7 month old congo african grey named Ava. Her parents were both wild caught and fairly large and at 4 months old when we got her she was already almost double the size of the congos in the other clutch ( they were hatched only days after her) and she was about the same size as the some of the breeder parrots!! and When measuring her for her flight suit she was classified under "Cameroon african grey" so she is a big big birdy for her breed!

We bought a cage that was supposed to be african grey sized but with toys and bowls in it, its become a little cramped. Right now she spends two hours (if that) in her cage during the day and the rest of the time she is out playing on her multiple play gyms. In january i start college and a job and will be gone for potentially 5 hour periods during the day.

Her current cage is
22in from front to back
32in from side to side
38in from top to bottom (inside of actual cage not including the stand thing its on)

i was hoping to find her something a little bigger so that she and her toys could fit easy in it!But i also don't want to get her something too big that she could potentially fall and hurt herself in (she was clipped by the breeders).

would something like this be good for her or is it too big?

It's amazing how quickly a cages inside space gets filled up once you put everything in it. An oversized cage will even allow you to put a boing and or large swing inside and room to get more creative!

I'm not familiar with the development of Greys, but at 7 months old, does Ava seem prone to falling? At some point in their development, they will get agile and practically never fall. Age of that depends on species and individual. If she is still in the clumsy baby stage, try putting all perches lower than 'normal'. When she starts climbing around like a pro you can then put the perches up high like normal.
Don't worry in Robin's 20 years, you could imagine, he's had a few good little 'accidents' but he was never hurt, and he's a much smaller bird than Ava.

she's fallen from hanging upside down in her cage twice but didn't seem injured at all! Once she gets her feathers in I'm not too worried about her falling but i just don't want it way oversized like i think the first one i posted may be! One I'm looking at now is 74'' height, by 52'' length, by 42'' depth

You seem surprised (in a good way of course) that she didn't get hurt falling. Like I said before, it's on the rare side for a bird to "get hurt" as easily as I think you are thinking they do!
Robin my little 20 year old Red Bellied parrot got clipped way too short the other day. He smacked down what looked like HARD in the shower during a bath, but I stepped him up, did some baby talk, and he was just fine . He's fallen, crashed, etc. enough times in 2 decades and NEVER been hurt from it.

I know you say you'll be feeling better once her wings grow, but it's more common for a flighted bird to become hurt. There are a different set of dangers to be aware of. A common way they do get injured and or killed is flying and getting spooked and crashing hard into a window or even a wall. Although I did have a tiny blue cap finch that did that once... He was stunned like he was paralyzed for about an hour and had the wind knocked out of him (thought he was dying for sure), nope... he got up after a while and was back to normal . They may be delicate, but at the same time, they are more resilient and hardy than you think

That cage sounds like a mansion size, wow! Bigger than many people's large Macaw cage.

I spent all night looking for cages and I've yet to find a better deal than the original one i posted so i think I'm going to get that! Glad to hear they don't get hurt too easily, i won't worry about the cage being too big then!

Okay i went ahead and bought the cage! it'll be here this week! Any advice on helping introduce her to it/get used to it? I know sometimes change can frighten birds!
