Rico has been having issues with staying in his cage of late. At first I thought it was his 'holiday cage' as it is a bit smaller but now he is home every time I put him in his cage he tries to break out. In fact while I was out on Friday he did break out. He gets plenty time out of his cage and used to be fine going back in there through the day when I am gone and at bedtime, but now its major drama every time he is in there. I have got to the point of leaving him out when I am gone in fear he will hurt himslef trying to get out. He is perfectly well behaved out of his cage, just finds a high perch like on top of a door and sits there.
He has plenty of toys - and some great new ones thanks to Xmas - so I have no idea if this is just a phase or what>>>>.
