Breeding Parakeets

I purchased a flock of parakeets from another breeder. Recently, I had a clutch start hatching. There were five babies, and the were doing great! Then, one was on the bottom of the cage dead, then another in the box. So I pulled them. They each did wonderful for a few days, and then one by one they just died.

Yesterday, in another box, an egg hatched. Today, the baby is gone!

Does anyone here breed parakeets? Help!!!:11:

Have you brought any in for a necropsy? That'd be the first thing - perhaps the previous owner got rid of them because they knew something was wrong.
