Avoid anything to do with her. Her parrots are horribly trained, and as a trainer she doesn’t know what she’s doing. She had fly offs frequently. Far more frequently from anyone who has correctly trained their birds. She comes from the school of hard knocks, which can be admired, but it shows in her training. She has no business writing an instruction book on free flight
Also, free flight isn’t something that can be learned from a book. If you want to free flight your bird, hire a trainer.
