Blue Front with an open band with BFN on it

Anyone know a breeder who uses a narrow, open band that would have the initials FLN on it? The BFA in my living room had a band that isn't solid & it says FLN 714.

I know from her past owner she is at least 20 [and am only guessing at the "she."

Your bird is not from a breeder. It was caught in the wild and imported into the U.S.
