Bite Pressure Training

Hi,

I apologize ahead of time because I know there are posts about this all over this forum but I can't seem to find them :-(

I have a 4.5 mo old blue and gold macaw and I know there was something you can do to show them what level of bite pressure is acceptable.

He is playful and exploring and sometimes bites a little hard.

if someone can provide links to the posts discussing this I would be much appreciative.
