Birdproof toy hangers needed

My macaw has figured out every single toy hanger that we've used to hang his toys from. We've tried the C-clip screw types and also the silver ball type that has a hook hanging down. Within minutes he's unscrewed or removed his hanging toys and he ends up not having anything to play with because his toys end up on the floor of his cage.

Any recommendations as to what I can use that's macaw proof?

i use cable ties but not sure how well they would withstand a big Mac attack

Another idea, use cut links from heave plastic chain, doubled up, opposing cuts. May last 6 minutes!
