Bird bread

So today I tried my hand at bird bread, I'm a college student and wife so I need quick meals... I used the jiffy mix, added the egg (and shell) and water per the instructions, then added 1 zucchini, 1 yellow squash, 1 green pepper, 1jalopeno, banana, mango, a carrot and guava.

Since I chopped each veggie by itself, I divided it into two parts, so I can have some for every day veggies and I pureed all the fruit to replace some of the water needed for the jiffy mix. Also, with the veggies I'm using as her daily serving, I added a pack of frozen wild rice from steam fresh, broccoli, a little tomato, and a pack of mixed veggies, corn, carrots and green peas.

Indy my Senny, liked the bread, but will only eat the chopped up veggies out of a human bowl. She's normally good at eating her veggies, I just figured it'd be faster to make her staple veggies into a chop and use the special/in season items as daily add ins.

Any suggestions for my next batch?
