Maybe it's all about culture difference,
I feel comfortable here instead of the forums in my home city - HK.
People here likes to compare what parrots you have,
for example,
if you have a grey, you are superior than the one who has a budgie.
And all the administrators here in the forums are the "kings",
because they rule the world.
If you say something against them,
your account can be banned.

Disappointed.

I'm confused... Are you talking about a different forum or this one? This one I feel is definitely one of the superior forums out there.

I have found and become a member of a few forums, and no matter what, I always come back here. This forum is extremely supportive, helpful, and kind. I love the people here. They are also very educated and knowledgeable. If I were you, I would stay with this one. ;)

I'm afraid something is lost in language difference, too. What I read from what you wrote is that you feel comfortable on this forum, yet when you use "here" I understood you were criticising this forum. Are you criticizing this forum, or the HK forums?

Sorry.

I am complaining about the forums in Hong Kong.

Oh, I see. I've never been to those forums, but I quite like this one. There are some bad American forums too. :(

Welcome to the forum. I've talked to some very nice people on here and I've gotten some very good information, too.

I read it as saying you were unhappy with the Forums in HK, but are happy with this one:)

Glad you are happy here:) There are lots of lovely, friendly people on our Forum, always willing to give advice when needed :)

i agree. this forum is great.
i have looked at Australian forums, because some of the stores/vets/products/breeders discussed will actually be available and local to me, but usually they are just obscure and don't have enough members to give timely and informed responses :(
