Look! I made a veggie-full cornbread thingy and I didn't burn it! Why are the edges broken off? Certainly not because they were burned! They died of natural causes!

They really liked it. I'm going to try to make a wheat-type bread next time because cornbread crumbles so easy poor Rocky kept picking a piece up and it would kind of crumble to the floor in little pieces. Then he'd stare down at the pieces and kind of sigh.

That looks delish!!! What's the recipe?

Oh and don't be fooled by Rocky's crumble and fall routine... that's parrot speak for give me another piece Mom because --- look --- mine's all broken :D:D!

Hey - Flyte - doesn't that box have a muffin/mini muffin recipe? I love making muffins in the fall/winter. This is a great 'homemade' (well, it's homemade if if it was made in your own oven right??) breakfast for both.
