Band on leg???

What does the band on my birds leg mean

the bands are usually put on by a breeder when the bird is really young if it is a closed band, it has breeder info on it...sometimes you can tell where they were bred but mostly it is info the breeder uses to keep up with the individual birds
if the band is open it could have been put on at any time during the birds life
