Banana Pancakes

My quaker who isn't much into trying new foods (and turns up her beak at a regular banana) when crazy over the banana pancakes Mommy made this morning. They're just one banana and two eggs beaten together and cooked. She almost fell off her perch trying tor each my plate.

I almost asked what that acronym stood for, but thought better of it & looked it up myself...it's been a long time since I answered to a drill sergeant, so didn't didn't dawn on me, though I'd heard it from others whose lives are a bit more complicated, but the recipe sounds tasty.....
