I'm so happy they loved these cookies! I saw @Terry57 thread about cookies and thought I'd try them out with what I had. Here's the ingredients:

1 mashed banana
1/4 a cup coconut flour
1/4 a cup rolled oats
2 tbsp. coconut flakes
2 tbsp. soaked buckwheat
1 tbsp. dried blueberries
1 tbsp. goji berries
1/2 a tbsp. coconut oil
5 crushed almonds
1 tsp. bee pollen
2 tbsp. budgie seed (Dr. Harveys)
1 tsp. flax, chia, and hemp seed trilogy

That sounds delicious! Did you take any pictures?
I am definitely going to try these, thank you for the recipe:)

Of course, all my birds loath plain bananas but when their in cookies they love them! Tom the gcc NEVER finishes any treat I make him, he'll usually takes a bite or two and then he's done, but with these he gobbled it right up and wanted more! Thanks for the idea :giggle:

Wow, they look awesome! And your birds sure are enjoying them:)
Don't you love it when you finally find something that a bird will love to eat?
You're very welcome for the idea, and thank you for this recipe!
How long and at what temp were they baked for?

It's very rewarding when you find something they actually enjoy,.
The temp was 300F and I baked them for about 23 minutes (too specific )

LOL, I like specific!
I am going to try to make some of those in the next couple of weeks, I know they will love these.
Where do you find goji berries? I don't think I've ever seen them. I wonder if I could substitute a different berry.

I got the goji berries from FGO Organics, you could easily swap them for another berry, with both berries I put them in the nutribullet so there wouldn't be whole berries, just chunks.

Did you put everything through the nutribullet or just the berries?

I also put the banana in there with coconut oil so it would be the right consistency, then I put the almonds in there too. I mixed the wet and dry ingredients separately then mixed them together.
