Bald spot

I have had my birds for about 3 months now.
one bird i hadnt realized until he was home has a bald patch right under his beak, hes had a mite can on his cge eversince i noticed.
hes healthy, eats, pottys drinks, plays, screams at me well all that.
the spot hasnt gotten any worse, not any beter either im afraid, i had assued the feahers would start to grow back.
does anyone else have experience with this?
or know of ossibilities.

Mite can? Do you mean a mite protector???? If so, those are useless and could potentially be harmful. Best to toss it!
