Bald Eagle Stuck In Storm Drain

Watching on Facebook. It's live and I can't find a link to share.

Story, its mating season and a bald eagle is in a storm drain. The mate is flying over head and emergency crews are working on getting the eagle out of the storm drain.

And the eagle is rescued!!!! Amazing and wonderful. The "Birds of Prey" group showed and spearheaded the recovery. YAY!!!!!

What I liked was how the people on the six o'clock news here in Dallas seemed shocked that bald eagles fight over these things. I remember thinking "they ARE wild animals, not George Washington's pet!" ��
