Bad habit?!

My parakeet has taken to throwing her ENTIRE food bowl on the bottom of her cage! I really don't know why though. I swear,she's spoiled rotten!! How do I stop it? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

our African Brown head did this, spoilt as well. We bought a heavier bowl. problem silved.

Hmmm she might be trying to get your attention and realizes that throwing her food bowl down works, or she could just be bored. I would figure out a way to tie it down to the cage so she can't throw it. Also, does she like her food? She might be trying to tell you that she is tired of her food. I have never had a bird do that before, but definitely try to figure out a way to secure the bowl to the cage

Best solution is to use either a heavier bowl or tie down the one she dumps.....

I also agree she might be bored, consider getting her new toys, or maybe she wants your attention and wants to play with you. Or she might be bored of her food, maybe try giving her greens, rice or potatoes, they love these foods.
