green ringneck- baby, also 2 yorkies- benny n ollie, 3 turtles- shelldon, tiny and didi and a rabbit- george and a budgie - sunny
well baby was still very unresponsive and only moving about her cage only to eat.... being that she came from a place where there was several birds some-one suggested maybe getting her a friend? so we did... we got a little budgie 9 weeks old that already is chirping quite happily.

now baby as started becoming more active and climbing around her cage doings upside down stunts at the top lol.... and shes constantly on the go...

does this mean that it worked and shes coming around? OR is it her way of showing territory?
my kids have told me that she actually chirped a few times this morning... and not just because the dogs were near her as they were out of the room at the time..

just remember to take things slowly sitting by here cage etc and I'm sure she will come around soon I'm sure
glad things are looking up though sometimes it's just a matter of finding what makes them tick

well she can have all the time she needs and wants. im just glad she seems happier... anything else is a bonus really :)

That's great that she's getting along so well. That's actually how I got my Amazon. His owner that had him since a baby died when he was 9. A relative of the owner gave him to my friend & when she couldn't handle him or keep him happy she asked me to take him. I had never wanted a bird but I took him & promised him I would do anything & everything to keep him happy & healthy for the rest of his life. I never dreamed he could bring such happiness & joy & fun into my life!
