Babies Are Biting

So my babies are between 7 and 8 weeks old now. They are fully weaned and very pretty little birdies. They are tame and love to come out, even when I'd rather they didn't. It would be much easier to feed them, if I did't have all 3 of them hanging off my hand when I try to take a dish out of their cage.

My question is, are they starting to go through their, "I wonder if the dumb human will let me gnaw on her fingers" phase? I know that they go through it, but I just am not sure what age they go through it.

Mine are about 12 weeks. They havent stopped yet. Thankfully they dont chew hard.
