Aviator Flight Harness

Can someone with an aviator for a large bird please tell me if it holds up to chewing? I'm almost positive I can get it on my amazon but I'm afraid of him destroying it. I'd like to think the outdoors would distract him from it but I want to know if it will hold up to him.

Mine is not for a large bird, but my conure chews on it when inside and ignores it outside. Just PLEASE remember to watch the ENTIRE dvd that comes with it before even showing the harness to your bird - it is really important stuff and you will most likely regret not taking the time to do so if you choose to skip it early on.
