Avatar?

So, How do I add a photo to my posts and name. I think its called an Avatar?

ok......go to the top part of the website, find the thin blue tool bar, go all the way to the left and select....home........scroll down the page, left hand side you'll see ....user cp.....click on that it will bring you to another page........you will then see the center of the page gives you 2 options to creating an avatar, option 1 will allow you to ad a pic from an offsite webpage, option 2 to will allow you to upload a pic from your PC.....give that a shot
