availabiltiy in australia

Was just wondering if anyone know if there are any Ruppel's parrots available in australia? I've searched online for quite sometime, i can't find any info whether they are or not. The lack of info suggest they probably aren't and also, i live in WA so they would probably be illegal here. But just seeing if anyone knows something?

I have done a fair amount of research on sales sites for price and have never seen them mentioned unfortunately. If they where available from a breeder they would be very expensive $$$$.
Try a parrot magazine from a newsagency they usually have rare parrot breeds for sale in the back.
