At what age, and which months of the year do Macaws get hormonal?

I live in the northern hemisphere (Atlanta GA, USA). At what age, and which months of the year should I expect my Greenwing to get hormonal?

If I am correct.. I believe the Macaws hit sexual maturity at around age 5? I now at the moment it's breeding season and it goes on for a good 4-5 months? Mikey should know more. LOL
