Being a rescuer, I wanted to adopt a re-homed adult African Grey. After two failed recent attempts to get a re-homed Grey, a friend offered one of her babies. Meet Bailey. He/she is 3 months old, hatched May 19. A Timneh Grey. What a sweetie! A real cuddle bug. Out of a clutch of three, this one picked me immediately. As some may remember, I had inherited a Congo, Jessye, from my Grandfather. He lived with me for about 9 years before passing away. He was older than I, and had been in my family since before me. I have lots of experience with adult birds, and younger birds of other species. So, this is going to be a fun, learning experience for us both!

Thanks everyone! Thanks, Walt. I did promise her that, but, she knows me, and knows that I have wanted another Grey more than anything. And, Bailey does complete my flock.
