Today, Arya took her first bath! She normally ignores water, and until now she just sat on the shower ledge and caught some mist. Today, though, she stared at the shower head for a few minutes and then jumped directly under the spray! She didn't seem to care, although I did panic and was concerned that she would get too wet or get burned by the water. She just sat on my foot and shook her wings out every now and then. I suppose she enjoyed it, and she spent the next hour singing her repertoire. Silly bird!
