Heās only going to get a tiny piece anyhow.Hm, the second one fine, very safe but the other two aren't that great, the third is better than the first but it does contain sea salt. I would just really limit their intake on the first and third, the second is great though.

First one is OK.
Second one is he healthiest(you could even use it in chop).
Third one should only be an occasional treat/snack.

Interesting point about the chop, Iām slowly getting him to enjoy veggies and such so Iāll have to try using the zucchini noodles!
