Are these bare bits normal?

Pickles has grown so quickly (normal). Shes 335g today at day 34 and 12 days ago was just 200!

Is it normal for birds to have these bare bits on their necks, is it stretch marks, will they fill in with feathers later or will she always have a turkey neck?

Still a young Parrot and likely still bring in its first set of feathers and as a result it would not be uncommon for there to be bare areas.
