so i was just looking out my windows at all the beautiful palms and was wondering if they were safe. i would love to cut a few leaves/ branches and attach them to the small cage to give the boys a tropical jungle to play in. obviously i would give them a good clean. they are in my garden so no pesticides or fertilizers have been added for atleast 2.5yrs of me living here and from what i know of the previous tenants and the way they cared for the gardens i doubt they used any either.

I've read that palm leaves are fine, but I have never used them myself.

I have planet pleasure products and I believe many of them are made out of palm leaves

thanks heaps, i see all the wild lorries hanging out in them every day but unlike my beautiful boys they aren't set out to destroy them. i had never thought of actually stripping the leaves off and weaving them together

oooo, weaving would be really cool! I looked around online to see some of the stuff that can be made. you can also make a box

Just a mat alone would a awesome toy

*update*
