They look okay but you could always add just a dab of coconut oil to moisten the skin

Look normal, to me. Actually, parrot feet show their lineage back to reptiles and dinosaurs. Check out a close up pic of lizard feet, if you can. Kamodo Dragons if you can, they are quite similar.
