Hey all, well it must have been share an arm day today, because Gizmo & Pebbles decided they were happy to share the one arm.
It was a hot day, and they are both molting so they were both happy to sit and get some nice cool showers, all I had to do was move my arm back and forward for them (they have me well trained). Don't be fooled this relaxed atmosphere is not the norm during shower time.

After the shower, it was back to the cage tops for some drying off. Once Gizmo gets most of the water off, he likes to fly around a bit, short bursts to me and back to the cage, to dry off. Today Pebbles wanted to get in on the action, but it was tight airspace with me holding the camera in the other hand. Gizmo starts off with one of his sideways approaches (he likes to make the short route a bit longer with the occasional duck and weave in mid air). Pebbles was waiting for the other arm to come up, hence the initial abort of takeoff, but once Gizmo was on my shoulder she decided there was a spare arm.

So I left them alone, for a bit, and forgot that I had left a piece of paper towel sitting on the cage, I have a feeling Pebbles had been involved too, but when I walked in the room she was looking all innocent on the other cage grooming herself, I asked Gizmo if he had seen the paper towel anywhere, apparently he had not
As a side note, Gizmo has decided to try out to play Santa this year
Cheers,
Cameron
