I bought a bottle, previously I've been using "cage and aviary natures miracle", which I only used on Kenji's grate. I never liked that it says not to ingest, so I only used it on the grate that poop seems to glue itself too LOL

I like that poop off says 100% bird safe. On the label it even says safe enough to use while bird is in cage/on play top.

Any opinions on the product?

I have a bottle, I do like it and it works well but I usually use white vinegar. That stupid brush-nozzle thing is completely worthless however. It works much better sprayed. I put mine in a spray bottle. That brush thing is just a filth-trap, and how it squeezes out gives you little control. It smells nicer than vinegar, so I bring it if I take the bird somewhere and he poops. It's more a travel thing for me.

haha, I bought the large spray bottle Poop-Off. I wouldn't even consider buying that nasty brash top poop off XD I won't even buy the sponge cage cleaners, I'm all for using paper towels that are not reused ;) A store about 30 miles away were I sometimes buy Harrison's also carries the the Poop-Off wipes, seems good for wiping down the bars. They need to be wiped out daily or bi-daily because of all the dust.even with a air filter and daily misting kenji is SO dusty haha

^^ haha you got the spray bottle! I didn't even know they made it, All's the place I went to had was the brush nozzle. What idiot came up with that brush thing?

I had some once, and it smelled awful. Now I just use vinegar. For tough poop, let the vinegar sit on it a few minutes, and wipe/scrub it off.

I love poop off I buy it by the gallons! Works Great makes cage cleaning so much easier...Some people complain of the smell I don't mind it at all!

I don't really mind smells, as long as it's 100% bird safe I'm alright with funky smells haha

I don't use poop off but since reading a comment on here about using coconut oil, cleaning Bundii's trays has never been easier. I read to wipe coconut oil over the grate on Bundii's cage once it is clean and this will then make it easier to clean next time. We have been doing this for a couple of months now and can thoroughly recommend it. The poop generally just wipes or washes off. No more soaking or hard scrubbing. It also makes Bundii's cage smell pretty. :)

The only down side is when she is moulting. The feathers stick to the oil but this is a better outcome than having to scrub poop. Not only that the moulting and feather sticking only lasts a couple of months.

I use the Poop Off wipes instead of the spray. Tango does have a couple of wooden perches and I find it much easier to use than a scraper. It also dries quickly. Myself or Tango doesn't mind the smell either.

I haven't tried poop off. I use GSE concentrate mixed in a spray bottle. I spray the poop before I change the paper, it cuts down on the dust. It works really well to wipe the cockatoo dust off the bars of the cage too. Does poop off work better?
I keep a bottle of aloe juice mist in the refrigerator to mist my birds, it's a good poop remover too.

I like lemon juice and hot watet, smells better than vinegar and works just as well. I use a spray bottle and a disposable nylon scratchy pad.

I wish I could get poop off or something similar, here. I especially struggle to keep his rope perches clean! He has one boing type rope perch and another dowel perch which I covered in sisal rope. Man, that thing is a pain to clean!

I read somewhere to use (in a quart bottle) 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 3 tablespoons baking soda, and the rest water. I mixed that up when the Poop-off bottle was empty and it works great. Still smells somewhat like Poop-off, so I may still be getting some of the cleaning benefits from it.

So I tried the Poop-Off last night to clean Kenji's grate, it worked pretty good. I sprayed it on and let it sit for a few minutes. Then I sprayed it down again and wiped it down. Had to scrub pretty hard in a few spots, but I'm just using plain paper towel without a tough texture. Not as good as natures miracle, but nature's miracle isn't 100% bird safe and probably has some harsher chemicals.

Overall I'm pretty happy with it, works MUCH better than water. And I don't have to make a new batch of cleaner everyday, or use smelly vinegarXwater which I dislike. When this starts to run low I'd be fine with buying a 1g container

Thankyou for sharing your input on poop-off, or the cleaning solution that you prefer :)

I use the prevue Hendrix scrubbing pads spray them down with poop off works great pads about 2.50 a piece
