Anyone know what breed of pigeon this is?

Hey so we’re I work I had this pigeon come in and start flopping all over the floor not able to fly...I knew it was a domestic pigeon as it had a band on it’s leg.

It is currently at the vet but until I find the owner I have a friend who will be looking after him/her.

I have messaged the pigeon site we’re the band led me and I have email them with all the details which is on the band.

Anyone had any experience of this sort of thing? Also is it a homing pigeon like I expect?

Don’t know if I have put this in the right section of the form as I am not sure if it is even ok to add to this form but really have no idea we’re else to go for a bit of advise....even though it is not a parrot

Not an expert, but it looks like Tippler maybe?
I recently found what I believe was a domestic pigeon--- there are racing clubs etc.

yea i have contacted the club but they are just not replying...im hoping it is just because it is the weekend.
