Anyone have any recommendations?

Im looking for a cage that’s 36” x 24” for my green cheek. I cant find anything with a small enough bar space for a gcc at that size. The smallest bar spacing I found is 3/4 but I think that might be to big for my bird.

Hopefully more chime in-- I will look around. Have you looked at some of the sturdier "flight cages"?

One cage I can't seem to find anymore.... it was an A&E Elegant Flight Cage which I believe was 36x24? I remember they had one larger than a 32x21... might be worth calling them up and asking?

My suggestion to you is this product, Yaheetech's cage. This is a cage I think its length and width mean the most to a parrot. It will not make sense too broad and alone. In addition, it is designed as an arch, very convenient for your parrot to fly to the top to play. Wooden slats are convenient for assembling bird toys if you need them. I think you should take more time to learn this product. Also here I find quite a lot of interesting suggestions.
This is my suggestion, but if you mind, you can completely delete it. Hope you find a suitable cage

This one, Petco "Standing Parrot Cage" is the one my Sunny lives in, it is quite spacious for her. It's a good cage. I took out the top tray, and just placed a few pieces of cardboard over the food-&-water-dish areas.

Like I said it's a great cage. However when I first got it and assembled it, the top left weld had Failed. (!!!) Thankfully it had failed BEFORE I assembled the cage. I did a replacement (not the entire cage -- too heavy!! -- just the side with the broken piece) and it has been great since then. HOWEVER due to visions of what could-have-been, I put backup zip-ties at the top corners & sides. So if you get it -- it is a great cage and well worth-it -- just pay attention to the welds.

There are a number of cages on this page. If you are looking at the Dome Top cage, you may want to plan to Never open the top. There are a number of stories on the internet of parrots getting badly injured when those top openings fail.
