The problem here is that "completely white" or "completely yellow" does not automatically translate to Albino or Lutino in Budgies...So as Rozalka already mentioned, there's no way for us to know what mutations your parent-Budgies are without seeing photos of each of them, including photos of underneath their wings. And even if we can determine their mutations, we wouldn't have any idea what their genetics are like, so there's no way to be able to really tell you what you're going to get...
You could still very-well get "Pied" Budgies from this pair, and you could end-up with all white, all yellow, yellow-pied, or any other color...I've bred Budgies and gotten bizarre colored babies that I would have never imagined because I didn't know their parent's genetics...So it's tough to really be able to tell you much, you just have to wait until they hatch and start growing-in their outer feathers...
