Any space heaters that are safe?

We'll be bringing a newly adopted plucked Amazon home next week. I don't want him to get cold because we do tend to keep the house a bit chilly by most people's standards.

Is there a space heater that's bird safe? As in won't put off any dangerous fumes or anything? Or am I being paranoid over nothing? I want him to be warm and safe
