Congo African Grey (Lulu)
Hey all :)

Some of you may remember that my African Grey has been dealing with mites for quite some time now. I've had her to an avian vet 3-4 times the last 1½-2 months and he has been giving me some drops that I should put on her skin under her wing.. That did not help at all. Then he gave me something to mix up with water and then spray her... that also didn't help. Lately I've been in contact with my breeder and he has giving me something that I hang up in the ceiling and after 48 hours the mites should be dead... well they aren't. I dont know what to do next? It is sooo frustrating. I feel like I've tried everything! Do any of you know something I can order online against mites?

I actually dont know. My avian vet told me they come from other wild birds and from the air. Her feathers do not look good but I dont know if it is because she is chewing them or if it is because of the mites? Even on top on her head where she cant reach her feathers they are kinda messed up and bitten.

Is it possible to order online from Beapher? :)
