So, my vet wants to start Lincoln on anti-depressants. His feather destruction and in general behaviors have gotten relatively worse and I've tried just about everything under the sun to help him to no avail. I am on anti-depressants myself so I know that they can help greatly... but I'd like to hear if anyone has their bird on behavior medication? Specifically clomipramine.
I'm looking to lower my hours at work so I'll be able to spend more time with him. I'm also looking at diet options and I've been saving up to get him an aviary but getting 3k in this economy isn't easy. especially since I keep having surprise expenses.
