Just a heads up that Skittles TENTH Adoption Day is Sunday. He was exactly 1yr 2wks when I got him.


Hard to believe it'll be TEN years! Never thought I'd ever be able to tolerate terror that long! lol.

The little quarter pounder is still as cheesy as ever too!

He's resorted to ruining my concentration during telehealth sessions. The other day, he did his "head swoop" across the webcam and then pecked at it. The provider I was meeting with cracked up.

I tried giving myself a haircut (BIG mistake) the other day cause I couldn't get an appt in a reasonable time period and my bangs were just too long and the oil from my hair smudges my eyeglasses. So I decided to just trim the bangs, it ended up crooked, so I went to use clippers and forgot to put the extender on and ended up with a 'reverse mohawk'. So I had to shave my entire head (my neighbor helped).

Now, when Skittles sits on my shoulder, he rubs his body up and down the side of my face (he likes the fuzziness of human hair cut really short). I don't mind that, its when he literally tries to crawl inside my ear lobe to preen my ear hair that I think is overkill. lol.
