It feel like it impossible to tame a animal even Talon my mom move him outside for him to get fresh air but I told her no because he get afraid now he's more afraid of me if he see me or if I move he hiss and move crazy in his cage :(

Birds are different than other animals in their behaviors and what training techniques they respond to. If you are dedicated to your bird, then you're a good owner. You might just not yet have the *right* information to be able to build trust, have positive interactions and form a bond with your bird. A little more information would be helpful for us to help you-

-What kind of bird is Talon?
-How old is he, how long have you had him and did you get him as a young bird or adopt him as an older bird?
-What kind of cage does he have? What is he being fed? Does he have toys and activities?
-What (if any) training techniques have you tried with him?

Hi hoodoomwolf, has there been any improvement since the last time you posted about him? What have you tried? Also is she trying to move him outside permanently or just for afternoon out in his cage!

You are not a bad owner, you will succeed if you keep trying!

Talon is a white face cockateil and he's 5 or 6 month old probably 6 since I got him last home on March he's 6 month old his cage it a medium size I'm saving. To buy him a bigger one I don't know what product I bought him but I made sure I bought the right one he dosent have toys get I'm afraid of scary him becuase if I put my hand in too far he slam himself against the cage I try to leave my head far in the cage for about 10 to 15 minutes and talking to him I try a lot of things but it kinda hard since he afraid of me

I am trying to remember if this is the bird where your cousin was being mean to it? If so has that stopped?

If not then disregard.
