Can Any body tell me if its ok to give are birds alkaline water,it has a ph of about 9,as I know its good for us but is it good for a gray?

I've never heard of alkaline water, for people or parrots.
I'd suggest sticking to normal water though, it's what nature has suited them and their biology for. Changing the pH of their water will change the pH of their GI tract, which in turn may upset bacteria colonies in their gut and make them sick.

All my fids (and dogs) get bottled water since our town puts WAYY too many chemicals in the tap water.
