Hi guys, I have a 9 month old Alexandrine and I m thinking about changing her diet to Harrison's organic. Anyone can tell me what I should get to feed her. I mean which Harrison's bag should I buy?
And how is the best way to introduce it? She 's not very picky in food as she eats anything I eat apart from her daily seed and dried fruit mix.
Also is it common in Alexandrines that they are friendly but once in their cage they attack a finger which is close to the cage bars. Sometimes she gets aggressive to fingers. On the other side when she's out flying around the house she 's very sweet and cuddly.

Thanks

No one responded to this, but it's not good to leave a question outstanding.

Harrison's recommends using the High Potency pellets for the first 6 months during a pellet transition, then moving on to the Adult Lifetime after the fact.

An Alex could eat both the Fine or the Coarse pellets, but you may see less waste with the Fine.

hi, i think that's a thing with all Alexes, mine does that as well. He/She never bites, but the moment you put your finger close to the cage bars, Mr Hyde comes out :P i did not really like Harrisons and neither did my Mannie, i would go for roudybush over any other pellet brand.
