I couldnt move and I had cramp, but I couldn't disturb him. I was awed by the fact he was happy and comfortable enough with me to sleep on his back.

Honestly? I have no idea. He's only been with us for 3 week! I got him from a breeder at 12 weeks old, and I was preparing for weeks or months before I'd get any where near this kind of trust.

He chose me at the breeders, none of the other birds wanted anything to do with me but albie was happy to sit and preen me and eat from my fingers. He wanted out and be with us on his. 1st proper day with is, and was asking for head scritches by day 3 or 4. I have done everything at his pace and I haven't rushed him. He is even spending his time equally between me and my husband.
